This is a song about someone who has convinced themselves they lost something when really they locked it away on purpose. The speaker keeps asking 'you' where their passion went, but the opening line already gave the answer: it's ashes in a vault. They know exactly where it is. The question isn't about location. It's about finding someone else to blame for the choice to bury it.
The passion I once had is now the ashes in my vault
The vault is his. Not stolen, not lost. He cremated his own passion and stored it somewhere he controls access to, then spends the rest of the song interrogating someone else about where it went. The contradiction sets up everything that follows.

The window is already broken. The door leads to death shaking hands with him. He is describing exits that don't actually lead anywhere, which explains why he stays inside tolerating a routine he claims to repress. There is nowhere else to go.
The enthusiasm that I felt when I was young / Is now hatred
No incident. No moment when it turned. Just a gap where the explanation should be, like he woke up one day and the feeling had reversed polarity. The vagueness might be intentional avoidance or it might be genuine confusion about how he got here.
If you don't help me, I'll manage to help myself / But then I'll be victorious
Victory framed as punishment for the other person, not liberation for himself. He wants rescue more than he wants the passion back. Self-rescue would mean losing the person he gets to blame, which makes it a threat instead of a plan.

The word disintegrates mid-scream. Not a question anymore, just sound. Coma Beach strips it down to the obsessive loop underneath, the ask-and-never-answer cycle that the song has been running on from the start.
The song ends with the question fragmenting into noise, which is the most honest moment in it. He doesn't want an answer. He wants to keep asking. The passion is ashes in a vault he built, and opening it would mean losing the person he gets to interrogate about why it is gone.
